TRIP SCHEDULE – Subject to Change

PROCEDURES

Trips leave from Pool Entrance at Milton Community Center

1. 2025 Membership dues MUST be paid

2. Eligibility: Joined at least thirty (30) days prior to trip date.

3. Resident Member: Lives within Saratoga County

4. All payments by check only made out to "BASC"

5. Member can sign up one other member as a seat mate.

6. Sign-up on first come/first serve basis.

7. Cancellation: If member cancels before head count turned in, they will be

refunded. Trip Chairman contacts first member on waiting list. If no member on

waiting list, member may find substitute. If substitute is a non-member, pay

guest rate.

1. We have a Lobster Dinner on August 20th. Registration is closed. The cost is $45. Bus LEAVES at 3pm sharp! Dinner will be at 4PM, we should be done around 7pm and if you vote on it, we can stop at Martha’s for dessert.

2. The next trip is Fort Ticonderoga is on September 16, 2025.

Registration for trip to Fort Ticonderoga is August 7 and 14. There is a boat ride and dinner at Fort William Henry in Lake George afterward. Cost is $60.

Food choices for dinner are:

1. Chicken Cordon bleu- great of chicken stuffed w/ Virginia ham, Swiss cheese, breaded and served with mornay sauce

2. Slow roasted pork loin with cider reduction

3. Pan roasted Atlantic Salmon w/ beurre bland sauce.

All come with garden salad or career salad, chef choice of vegetable and starch, rolls and butter. Coffee and tea. I am collecting the $5 to reserve the boat early so they know how many want to go for the boat ride ahead of time. I will be doing that again next week. The $5 will be taken off your trip cost of $60. Dinner that day will be at Fort William Henry in Lake George, it will be a full sit down dinner.
